Refund Policy
We want you to feel confident and supported when you invest in Anew Space.
All of our products are digital and delivered instantly, which means you receive the full value upfront. Because of this, refunds are limited and subject to the terms below.
Eligibility for a refund
You may request a full refund within seven (7) days of purchase if you are genuinely unable to find a meaningful way to use your Anew Space product for your current or future project.
This policy applies to all digital products in our store, including (but not limited to):

Kitchen and Bathroom Style Kits

Kitchen Layout Libraries

Any other digital guides, workbooks or resources purchased via our website
To be eligible for a refund:

You must submit your request within 7 days of the purchase date; and

You must not have used all or any part of the product for your project or for any personal, professional or client work.
What counts as “use”?
For clarity, a product is considered used if you have, for example:

Applied any part of the design, layouts, drawings, specifications or guidance to your renovation, new build or styling project;

Shared or supplied the files (in whole or in part) to a designer, architect, builder, cabinet maker or any other trade or consultant for reference or implementation;

Used our materials, layouts, ideas or specifications as a base for your own design or for a client project, even if adapted.
If you have used any part of your purchased product in this way, a refund will not be granted.
You are, of course, welcome to open and review your files to decide whether they are right for you - that does not count as “use”. Our refund policy is designed to support genuine “this isn’t a fit” situations, not completed or partially completed projects.
How to request a refund
If you meet the criteria above and would like to request a refund:

Provide your full name, email address and order number you used at checkout so we can locate your order.
Once received, we’ll review your request and, if approved, process your refund within 7 working days back to your original payment method.
